Common questions

The panel does not show up. FeeLens runs on www.amazon.com product pages (addresses with /dp/ or /gp/product/). Reload the page once after installing. Other Amazon marketplaces are not supported yet.

Weight or size is empty. Some listings do not publish package dimensions. Type the packaged weight and box size yourself; the values are remembered for that product.

The category guess is wrong. Pick the right referral category in the dropdown. The guess comes from the breadcrumb and title.

Why does my FBA fee differ from Amazon's calculator? Amazon bills on the weight and size it measures and on the price band at the time of sale, and holiday peak fees apply from October 15 to January 14. FeeLens shows the fee table version it used; if Amazon has published a newer one, the extension picks it up within a day of us updating it.

Where is my license key? In the purchase email from Polar and on your Polar purchases page. Paste it into the FeeLens popup (the toolbar button) and press Save key.

It says the key cannot be verified. The extension checks the key once a day and keeps working for two days without a connection. After that it needs to reach our server once. Check that nothing blocks ext-portfolio.norwellsystems.workers.dev.

Refund or cancel. Cancel from the Polar receipt email. For a refund within 14 days, use the form below with the email you bought with.
